If you encounter trouble connecting to the audio conference or the audio portion of your Webinar, try these troubleshooting tips:

If you get a busy signal, redial and try again until you connect.

If you’re put on hold, wait for the next operator to take your call.

If you call in after the program has begun, an operator will connect you to the conference/Webinar in progress when you call.

If you become disconnected at any time:

Webinar participants: Call 1-866-251-4830 to reconnect to the conference.

Audio conference participants: Call 1-866-251-4830 to reconnect to the conference.

Will I get the chance to ask questions during the conference or Webinar?

Register for a SkillPath audio conference or Webinar and you get an added benefit of a live question-and-answer session. The presentation itself will cover many questions, and if time permits, your presenter will address specific participant questions submitted beforehand. Whether you enroll via phone or e-mail, you’ll be directed to the appropriate spot to submit your question. Simply enter your question in the space provided and return it to us—we’ll be sure your trainer receives it. We’re sorry, but it may not be possible to answer every question before the presentation ends.

I’m not familiar with how an audio conference or Webinar works. Can you explain?

Audio conferences:

When you register, you’ll be given an 800 number to call to access the session and a private PIN number to use when you call. Call at least 10 minutes before the conference start time, provide your PIN number, get connected and you’re ready to go. Even if you’ve never participated in a conference call before, you’ll be able to set this up easily.

Webinars

  2. After you’ve established your audio connection, click on the meeting link provided to you in your registration confirmation. You’ll be immediately connected to the live Webinar.

How do I know if my computer is set up to participate in a Webinar?

How many people can I let listen to the audio conference or view my Webinar session?

The number is up to you. One low registration fee for each conference phone-line or Webinar connection and you invite as many other people to listen to the conference or view the Webinar with you as you wish—no extra fees are necessary.

What happens if I have to cancel my scheduled audio conference or Webinar?

We know that unforeseen conflicts can come up. Our cancellation policy is: Cancellations received up to five working days before the program are refundable, minus a $10 registration service charge. After that, cancellations are subject to the entire registration fee, which you may apply toward a future conference or Webinar. Please note that if you don’t cancel or don’t activate your attendance, you’re still responsible for payment.
