Our on-site account managers don´t just sell training; they sell solutions to businesses´ corporate training needs using a consultative sales approach.

The ideal candidate:

  • Must be a disciplined self-starter
  • Must have an entrepreneurial approach to sales
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Must have a strong work ethic and desire to make $$$ (lots of it!)
  • Has no fear of the cold call to establish new accounts
  • Is able to grow and maintain a book of business
  • Must have good organizational and time-management skills
  • Has the ability to forge business relationships with clients
  • College degree a plus
  • Sales experience a plus
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, daytime hours, in a casual-dress, team-based environment
  • Position is located in Mission, Kansas
  • Base salary plus uncapped commissions plus quarterly bonus
