This contractual position will be responsible for the training delivery and facilitation of SkillPath’s top-tier Fortune-level clients in key organizational performance areas.
SkillPath Seminars’ corporate strategy team specializes in structured facilitation. The facilitation technique employed by our corporate strategy trainers is ideal for team meetings, project management, strategic planning and quality initiatives.
Our facilitated training workshops are engaging, informative and immediately applicable to the real world for our participants. Lively conversations and interactive exercises are tailored to the needs of each organization.
A successful corporate strategy trainer will work within the scope of SkillPath’s contract and collaborate with key members of our team as well as our key accounts to provide responsive solutions to organizational development needs.
Key responsibilities and competencies:
- Ability to apply strategy when working with key accounts to ensure linking of goals to training content
- Advanced organizational ability and vision to take training to the next level
- Knowledge of adult learning as well as the ability to use a variety of learning/training concepts and principles
- Ability to demonstrate facilitator-guided training that allows for extensive, in-depth discussion and experiential activities that involve all participants and that apply directly to their actual work environment
- Consult with key account leaders on training and performance-improvement tools to ensure ongoing business with SkillPath Seminars
- Information search and research skills, analytical and creative problem-solving skills, questioning and feedback skills, customer service orientation and a commitment to quality, responsibility, high work standards and initiatives
- An understanding of corporate etiquette and the ability to ask the right questions to understand true business needs
- Expert presentation skills with an advanced ability to facilitate meetings and classroom training
- Excellent one-on-one and group presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to travel extensively
Preferred background/experience:
- Degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Education or Organizational Development
- 5 - 7 years’ experience in a human resources capacity with a specialization in training and performance management
- An established business entity–corporation, S-Corp., LLC or similar
