Successful candidates will have:
A Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Polished platform skills
Minimum of two years public speaking or training/facilitation experience
Subject matter expertise in their chosen field
Sales experience—relationship or consultative selling
Desire to earn substantial commission income from resource sales
The ability to travel extensively
An established business entity—corporation, S-Corp., LLC or similar
Access to Email

You can earn daily fees, sales commissions and referral fees in three ways:
Public Training–You’ll deliver public seminars utilizing our program material and adding your real-world experience. You can earn substantial commissions by your recommendations on which future seminars to attend.
Resource Sales–You’ll recommend our high-quality, topic-specific, professional books, audios, computer-based training, software and video programs to complement learning and encourage continued growth. You can earn high rates of commission on these sales and increase your business revenue.
On-Site Training–Enjoy the unique experience of offering tailored training solutions to our corporate On-Site customers. You’ll work with some of the top organizations, including Fortune 500 companies at their site. You’ll have an opportunity to earn additional compensation for customizing the training, as well as the opportunity for referral fees.

To be considered for a training position, you will need to send us:
An up-to-date resume that includes your work history, professional training and speaking background, your education and membership in any professional organizations
A non-returnable VHS or DVD video showing your presentation style and, if IT-related, your technical expertise. The video need not be professionally produced – it can be recorded on home equipment as long as the picture and audio are clear. Our Screening Committee will evaluate your training style as well as your platform and presentation skills. The video should be 15-20 minutes in length and can be on any topic of your choice. We also accept and encourage you to post your video auditions on your website or on YouTube and send us the link to your audition. If you would like to submit a video on a seminar topic we offer, you can get ideas from the topics provided on this Web site.
